Full-Service Catering Options
We have flexible catering options and can accommodate most special requests. Cups and sprinkles can be customized to match colors or themes. If you have a specific vision or budget in mind, let’s chat and figure out a good option!
Our catering package includes your choice of fruit, milk and white chocolate, caramel (if doing apples), biscoff cookie crumbles and sprinkles for crunchy toppings, paper goods and two hours of active service time. Our team will coordinate with you on set up timing but we normally arrive 60-90 minutes prior to your needed service time for best fondue consistency.
Strawberry sizes fluctuate based on season and availability so the number of berries per cup may vary slightly.
We offer delicious, unique, and affordable catering for all types of events! We love weddings, corporate events, private parties, showers, pop-ups, etc. - if you can plan it, we can cater it.

Chocolate Strawberries in a Cup
Berry Bites: A fun-size snack that is budget-friendly. Served in a 5-ounce dessert shooter cup and holds 3-4 berries. $4/person with a minimum order of 50. We recommend planning 1.5 servings per person since guests will often take seconds.
Baby Berries: A perfect dessert size for all ages and appetites. It’s our most popular catering size and for good reason! Served in a 9-ounce cup and holds 6-8 berries. $6/person with no minimum. We recommend planning 1 serving per person. This is a comfortable size for the majority of guests to take one.
Big Berries: A larger serving of fruit and a great option if you don’t have other food available. Can also be a shareable option for some appetites. Served in a 16-ounce cup and holds 10-15 berries. $9/person with no minimum We recommend planning 1 serving per person. Rarely will guests need seconds if serving big cups.
Caramel Apples in a Cup
Apple Bites: A fun-size snack that is budget-friendly. Served in a 5-ounce dessert shooter cup and holds approximately two diced apple slices. $3/person with a minimum order of 50.
Caramel Apple: Full-size apple cut into 12 bite-size pieces and covered in caramel and chocolate. This is a comfortable size for most adults or is great to share. It’s our spin on a classic caramel apple and yes, it’s as delicious as it sounds!
Strawberry Shortcake in a Cup
A lighter option for fun catering. Angel food cake cubes served with homemade strawberry sauce, fresh berries, and whipped cream. $5/person drop off with a minimum order of 25. $6/person full service with no minimum.
Drop off option available and is perfect for intimate gatherings or events without space or capacity for full service catering. - 20-30 minutes prep and set-up time required.
Cups will be left 80% prepped - strawberry sauce and whipped cream will need to be added individually to preserve the freshness of the cake. All food components will be provided by Brucie’s. Unable to provide table or set up display for drop off orders.
Italian Soda Bar
Italian soda’s are a perfect & refreshing drink for any event. Included syrup flavors are our homemade strawberry sauce, blackberry, raspberry. Sodas are topped with cream and/or whipped cream. Specialty flavors available upon request with additional fee. Mix and match to create your own concoction and sip while you celebrate!
