Our chocolate and caramel is formulated to never harden so you can enjoy it warm & gooey with every bite. Eat with a fork and savor the flavor sans mess. Not a fan of strawberries? Try our fresh caramel apples instead! Bite-size green apples in a cup covered in thick, hot caramel and topped with your choice of chocolate. Garnish with cinnamon sugar or biscoff cookies for a delicious crunch!

Where did “brucie” come from?

When Brooke was 10, she went to England and some friends couldn’t pronoun her name quite right. They had a young son who resorted to calling her “Bruce” instead. She was embarrassed but everyone else thought it was hilarious and it became her lifelong nickname and eventually, her business name. 16 years later and still going strong + many variations - Brucie, Bruce the Shark, Brucelyn, etc.
